Wonderful experience. Krishtyn was absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond to help me find all the available birthday deals. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His friendly attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. Great customer service like this is hard to find, and Krishtyn definitely made my birthday visit feel special.

First time visiting Fluent excellent service. Very top tier first class. Christian with a K. Absolutely knowledgeable and fantastic. Made the whole experience very easy. Walked me through everything. Highly recommended 10 out of 10. If you're ever going to come here again or for the first time. Highly recommended.

So I shop at this location quite often (literally every week). I typically have a great experience and love the points systems. However, lately their Knack flower has come up consistently short of the 3.5g advertised. I've been smoking since high school so I'm very aware of measurements and how to properly scale products especially since receiving it medically over the years. I've informed this location of this issue multiple times over the past 2 months and have had to return product because it was off. Today, once again it was short (3.4). I called to inform them again and this time was told based off of the manufacturers scaling the products will likely always be this way. Very nonchalant and slightly dismissive. NOT ACCEPTABLE! This is the only dispensary where I've had this issue and I've purchased all throughout FL and the US. If your purchasing based on what is labeled then it should match that or be as close as possible. I honestly feel the manufacturers response is a bs excuse to continue to get over on people and short them. Great place, but the Knack products are not it.

Ordered online for pickup. Arrived to zero customers and three employees in the store. Then a woman walked in ahead of me and all of the employees disappeared. I can hear one of them counting change and one one in the back and the other was waiting on this woman. The two men and women that work there look at me but would not acknowledge me. After the woman left I waited an additional 27 minutes in an empty dispensary. And then when I got home with my medication I learned that it is full of mold and useless poison. This fluent location sucked in 2022 and it obviously still sucks.
